The Polo Ridge Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is dedicated to maintaining the beauty and quality standards of our custom home community.
Architectural Review Committee
Polo Ridge’s ARC is comprised of lot and home owners who volunteer their time and serve our community by reviewing and approving new construction and builders, as well as existing homeowners’ improvements and renovations including, but not limited to, additions, fencing, roofing, colors, and significant landscaping projects, including tree removal.
Note: Builders must be approved for each new build by our Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Polo Ridge is open to new construction by custom home builders who have demonstrated their ability to construct a quality home based on references provided to the ARC and previous approval does not guarantee future approval.
Above is an overview of the Architectural Guidelines. This does not replace the Architectural Guidelines and gives a condensed version of Polo Ridge’s requirements and standards.
Lot owners, builders, and contractors, be aware of Polo Ridge’s Tree Removal Policy and Fine Schedule.
Lot Clearing and Tree Work - must be approved by the ARC before starting clearing on any lot. Once clearing has been approved, please reach out to the ARC with a work start date.
Wetlands Delineation Maps, Permits, and Regulations
For information on wetlands delineation maps, building permits or regulations in order to build on lots deemed to include wetlands lot owners and builders must contact Baldwin County Building Department and/or the US Army Corps of Engineers-Mobile District for updated information, required building permits, rules and regulations.
