REALTOR SIGNS
Polo Ridge allows one (1) sign per lot. A wooden post or aluminum sign is preferred; however, an “H” bracket sign is allowed. Signs should be kept in good condition and, if posted on an unbuilt lot, should be placed out of the right of way, allowing our community’s landscapers to mow freely without obstruction.
ANNUAL DUES AND MEETING
The Polo Ridge HOA annual dues are $700 and are payable by March 1st of each year. Our annual HOA meeting is held in November to discuss the upcoming fiscal year.

Note: Builders must be approved by our Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Polo Ridge is open to new construction by custom home builders who have demonstrated their ability to construct a quality home based on references provided to the ARC.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP FORM AND FEE
A Transfer of Ownership form and transfer fee of $500 must be submitted and paid upon the sale of a lot or home in our community. Form is available below.

After the HOA receives the Transfer of Ownership Form and Fee indicating that the sale of the home/lot has been finalized, the HOA will allow access to our private Residents pages’ password, as well as new owner welcome information, and approval to join our neighborhood’s private Facebook group.
